The rooms were reasonably priced. The decor was satisfactory. There was ample room in the apartment.
The wifi was too slow to use on most days. When I could measure it it was 40kb/second which means it takes 3 minutes to open a webpage. The location was in an area prone to traffic jkams and 10minutes taxi, at least, from anywhere. Next time i would stay closer to one fo the malls. Booked.net advertises balconies, which did not exsit in my room. The rate charged by the hotel is higher than the rate quoted by Booked.net The rate charged by the hotel (1850 peso/night) is higher than the rate always availble in the hotel website.
The staff is friendly and helpful many times. It's about 15 minutes by Taxi to Makati City shopping center. Some apartments are huge. They provide kitchen staff.
The hotel is located in poor area . it is not good area but cheap. The internet worked slowly, and sometimes didn't work. I was there for 10 days, and I couldn't use it most time. The window doesn't close well, which mean too much noise from the road.
Good economically-priced hotel not too far from the airport or the Pasay area/Mall of Asia. Room was clean, air conditioning works, free wifi works and is quite fast, especially early in the morning. Free breakfast is acceptable. For food other than breakfast, there are McDonalds, kfc, Chowking, 7/11 and other food options 15 minutes walk east on the corner Chino Roces and Vito Cruz (and another street = 3- way intersection) or a good Pakistani kebab shop/restaurant (Mr King Kebab) 2 minutes walk east.
The only issue is that many taxi drivers don't know how to get there. Tell the driver to drive down Zobel Roxas St, cross the railway line, shortly after there will be a street named Balagtas. Turn right into it, and the hotel will soon appear, on the corner of p Ocampo St (labelled as Vito Cruz Ext).
The hotel was okay but the way the cheat their customers I like. They will tell you something else but will do something else... At Booked.net they mention that the checkout time is 12:00pm as the other hotels do have but at the time of checkout they will tell you sorry sir you have to pay for another night because you must have to check out at the same time that you checked in... What the hell is this? Why don't you mention clearly first so that people be aware with your cheating first...???
I'll frankly not recommened this hotel to anyone, the hotel was too noisy, maintenance work and then the lcd of other room is just at the same wall of your bed's head and while you are planning to sleep, you can't because the other room people are watching tv. Be carefully to stay there, the deposit you will pay them, you'll not get back... They are super smart to cheat, the desposit amount even they didn't mention ar Booked.net also but they charges and at the end you'll not get it back because they will charge under your so called extra night penalty... I really had a bad experience of my life with 24h Apartment Hotel... I totally dislike the hotel.
very helpful staff... also liked the breakfast that came with the package.
not much to do there.
nothing , rooms like dog boxes
Easy acess to other parts of the city Makati City .
I did not like the staff lack of understanding guest needs . Also , they double charged my credit card after I paid through Booking .com .
The main reason I go there is the benefit of a real 24 hour check in to check out. Most hotels kick you out at 2PM the latest here I can stay until the evening to catch my flight.
They did not clean my room even once, I had to use the same towels over and over.
While staying at the 24h hotel, I liked 2 things: 1) Wireless internet was free and very good signal even inside my room. 2) The bed was quite nice and the TV with many channels to choose from, and the bathroom was also nice!!
Well, they say they are in Makati, and I am sure they are, but they are not even close to Makati Avenue and the nice places to go. If you can spend an extra 2-300 pesos more on the room, then you can stay in better areas and without having to use taxi all the time. Another thing is that (and it is not clear when they advertise in Booking or wherever else...i think), that they don't have standard check-in / check-out times. Whatever time you check-in that is the time you also have to go. I arrived at 6am, so I had to wait until about 12pm to check-in, because what was I going to do if I checked out at 6am???I Could not go anywhere...and of course eventhough my room was ready, they would not allow me to check-in at that time and check-out about 10am or so..They would not have it...very negative for me. All hotels are overpriced in Philippines and don't understand why!!! Also the breakfast is not something to shout about...it is very simple!... To sum up, look for a better area...along Makati Avenue there are decent hotels and close to all the bars, restaurants etc etc..so you save money on the taxi also.
Great staff, tolerable location. The only problem we've had is taxi drivers have a hard time finding it...or maybe they want to have a hard time finding it so as to bunp up the fare?
Breakfast selections could be a little better, perhaps a buffet would be more appropriate?
I like the full 24 hours policy :-)
Their check-out policy, whatever time you check in you have 24 hours from that time to check-out. Pretty cool.
Usually in the Philippines they have doormen to open and close the doors for guests they didnt have this all the time.
The staff were polite and accommodating. I also liked the 24 hour policy (check out at the same time that you checked in). The room and premises are clean.
The location is not easy to find - I spent a considerable amount for taxi fares because the drivers claimed they are not very familiar with the address.
This is the secound time using 24 hours hotel. First time, we feel better about room, but this time, not so good.
Bed sheets are not so creen
The staff was good and polite, they attend to request fast
I would suggest that they will provide microwave and refrigerator in the room
